Executive Assistant Responsibilities \xc3\x98 Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners \xc3\x98 Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner \xc3\x98 Manage executives\xe2\x80\x99 calendars and set up meetings \xc3\x98 Make travel and accommodation arrangements \xc3\x98 Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports \xc3\x98 Oversee the performance of other clerical staff \xc3\x98 Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory \xc3\x98 Format information for internal and external communication \xe2\x80\x93 memos, emails, presentations, reports \xc3\x98 Take minutes during meetings \xc3\x98 Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence \xc3\x98 Organize and maintain the office filing system Requirements and skills \xc3\x98 Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role \xc3\x98 Excellent MS Office knowledge \xc3\x98 Outstanding organizational and time management skills \xc3\x98 Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
