Various Project oriented Road maps that are essential for business. We are currently providing our services to Different regions in Novo Nordisk Rare disease, IO-SO departments in Zurich, GMA - Study Pro, P&O, organizations in Denmark. We also support Facilitation team with various strategic solutions in Denmark. The Position

As an Executive Assistant Support the key responsibility:

As an Executive Assistant Support you will be an important part of the RED Global Marketing Team supporting your colleagues and the Corporate Vice President with business-critical, financial and administrative tasks. In this position, you will become part of a diverse, dynamic unit with colleagues from all over the world. You will have the possibility to shape the position according to your personal strengths and to develop your own competencies through various tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative supporting the Corporate Vice President of Rare Endocrine Disorders Global Marketing with ad-hoc and regular administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel, logistics). Arranging department activities including necessary logistics (e.g., team meetings, training courses, seminars, offsites). Managing relevant RED content platforms and distribution lists (e.g., email groups, Brand Portal, Share Drive, SharePoint). Performing ad-hoc tasks (e.g., business cards orders, onboarding / resignations support, photo upload, visa applications).

  • Financial supporting monthly management ad-hoc financial reporting including invoice processing, Drafting, and finalizing contracts (PO/PA/SATA/\xe2\x80\xa6) for relevant RED projects.
  • Preparing templates for accruals and re-postings. Preparing and submitting expense reports for the Corporate Vice President, checking expense reports for team members before approval.
  • Business supporting strategic projects and initiatives of the RED franchise in the current and future portfolio (e.g., congress support, Veeva portal support ad-hoc market research support, etc.).
  • Preparation, support and follow-up of strategic meetings: e.g., business update, affiliate meetings, team meetings, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, or equivalent from a well-recognised institute with a good academic track record and grades; secretarial or administrative background.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience working with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirement to meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner and proactive in developing new skills and sparring with the team.
  • Excellent team player who is flexible and enthusiastic to go beyond the given instructions to create business value.
  • Quality mindset and a can-do attitude; ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in oral and written English.
