Role Objective
To provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Promoter by overseeing communication, managing schedules, coordinating travel, organizing documentation, and ensuring efficient follow-ups for smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Drafting
Draft, review, and proofread official letters, emails, internal notes, and external correspondence.
Prepare professional communication on behalf of the Promoter.
2. Calendar & Travel Management
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Plan and coordinate domestic travel, including itineraries, bookings, and logistics.
3. Coordination & Follow-Up
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding ongoing tasks.
Track deadlines, maintain action trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Documentation & Record Management
Organize and maintain structured digital and physical records.
Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and briefing documents.
5. Meeting Support
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure necessary documents are available.
Record minutes of meetings and highlight key action points for follow-up.
6. Confidential Administrative Support
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Provide trusted support for tasks requiring discretion and accuracy.
