About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director to support the Director in day-to-day operations, communication, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate and follow up on business communications, decisions, and action items
Support in preparation for meetings - agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to support decision-making
Assist in handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
Track and monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to the MD
Ensure effective time management and prioritization for the MD
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and under pressure
High level of professionalism and discretion.
