Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1) Process Management



Establish, document, and manage operational processes to standardize project execution across departments. Continuously evaluate and improve internal systems and procedures.

2) Project & Departmental Coordination



Serve as the central point of contact for multiple departmental projects. Coordinate timelines, task delegation, and ensure seamless interdepartmental communication. Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones for each project.

3) Workflow Organization



Develop structured workflows for ongoing and upcoming tasks. Ensure proper alignment of team resources and task priorities. Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.

4) Process & Metric Setting



Define relevant KPIs, metrics, and benchmarks for various departments and projects. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance expectations.

5) Monitoring & Verification



Monitor ongoing activities, project updates, and deliverable statuses. Verify task completion against objectives and highlight any variances or delays.

6) Reporting & Documentation



Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards. Draft regular performance and progress reports for senior management. Ensure thorough record-keeping and accessible documentation for audits/reviews.

7) MOM Preparation



Capture accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) during team and project discussions. Share timely action points with stakeholders and follow up on execution.

8) MIS Data Analysis & Reporting



Collect, analyze, and interpret Management Information System (MIS) data. Present actionable insights and recommendations through visual reports (Excel/PowerPoint).

9) Travel Management



Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for internal teams. Maintain proper records of travel plans and budgets.

10) Follow-Up & Cross-Team Support



Ensure consistent follow-up on deadlines, pending actions, and unresolved issues. Provide administrative and coordination support to various teams as needed.

Qualifications Required:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. Certification in project management tools/processes (desirable, not mandatory). Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, PMO, or administrative role. Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and managing end-to-end task lifecycles.

Skills Required:



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
