Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support & Coordination
Manage the daily schedule, travel plans, meetings, and correspondence of the International Marketing Head.
Prepare MOMs, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings with global clients and partners.
Coordinate inter-departmental communications and ensure follow-up on key actions and decisions.
Maintain confidentiality in handling business-critical information.
2. International Marketing & Client Management
Support business development with international clients, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and client follow-ups.
Liaise with overseas agents, distributors, and customers regarding pricing, documentation, and order status.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, planning, logistics, finance) for export-related queries.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Assist in collecting and analyzing international market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Prepare and share market research summaries with the senior team.
Maintain CRM entries, customer records, sales data, and activity trackers.
4. Documentation & Export Support
Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, commercial invoices, LC documentation, and export compliance records.
