Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all documentation is completed
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files
Support HR team in administering benefits programs and resolving employee inquiries
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy documents
Assist in organizing employee engagement events and HR initiatives
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
