Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients for AMC services across corporate, government, and enterprise sectors.- Promote AMC offerings covering servers, storage, networking, desktops, laptops, and other IT infrastructure components.- Prepare AMC proposals, quotations, and renewal offers in coordination with the technical team.- Manage and renew existing AMC contracts before expiry; ensure continuous client engagement.- Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure quality and timely support for AMC clients.- Maintain and update AMC database, renewal trackers, and customer contact records.- Analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and enhance client satisfaction.- Participate in marketing campaigns, client visits, and presentations to promote AMC services.- Achieve monthly and quarterly AMC revenue and renewal targets.- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification (preferred).- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and maintenance services.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and maintenance services.- Experience in AMC / IT service marketing / client relationship management.- Good communication and presentation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.- Ability to coordinate between sales, service, and accounts teams effectively.Educational Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Tech, or similar).- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification (preferred).
