The Administration Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-dayadministrative activities of the organisation. The role ensures smooth office operations, vendormanagement, facility upkeep, logistics coordination, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Office &Facility Management
Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations, including housekeeping, security,pantry, stationery, and front office.
Maintain and monitor the upkeep of office infrastructure, furniture, equipment, and utilities.
Coordinate with facility service providers and ensure timely renewal of contracts (e.g.,housekeeping, pest control, AMC).
Procurement &Vendor Management
Source and evaluate vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance.
Prepare purchase requests, obtain quotations, and maintain cost control within budget.
Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor records.
Travel & Logistics
Manage travel arrangements (flight, train, hotel bookings, transport coordination) for employees.
Oversee vehicle management - company cabs, fuel records, insurance, and maintenanceschedules.
Support coordination for company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Asset &Inventory Management
Maintain records of office assets and consumables.
Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and ensure tagging and accountability.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure statutory compliance related to administration (fire safety, labour laws, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including licenses, contracts, and renewal trackers.
Handle correspondence, courier management, and filing systems.
Employee Support
Assist in onboarding logistics (desk setup, ID cards, access cards, etc.).
Address employee facility-related requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with HR for welfare activities and administrative support for engagement events.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Commerce or related field.
2-5 years of experience in office administration, facilities, or operations management.
Work Conditions
Based at Head Office -Coimbatore.
May require travel to branch locations or vendor sites occasionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
