Designation: Executive-Accounts for A MNC in Power Transmission Location: Village: Kuruli , Taluka : Khed , Chakan-Alandi Road District Pune-410501 Salary : 3LPA to 4LPA QUALFICATION: B.COM / M.COM With 3-5 years\' experience in Engineering IndSaustry SAP can be added advantage (A) ACCOUNTS Pass accounting Entries. Prepare Vouchers for bank payments of statutory payables, telephone, utility bills, contractors & import purchase etc Support Accounts Head in matters related to e Tax Returns, Excise Returns and Income Tax Returns. Generate Sales Invoices for approval from the Functional Head. Prepare Customer Receivable statement. Record Maintenance related to Accounts Department Verification of Claim Vouchers as per the company Policy. Support Accounts Head & Operation Head for MIS. Support for preparation of Monthly physical stock. Support for Audit related matters. (B) ADMINISTRATION Assist Admin Manager in renewal of all contracts. Monthly Salary Processing. Arrange for Interviews and co-ordination with recruitment consultants.
