Job Description
:
Staff having skill in following activities are suitable for this role.
1. Ability to understand AutoCAD 2D drawings and 3D models and extract BOQ.
2. Should have experience of handling structural, Duct erection works n including preparing method statements.
3. Experience of working in Power Plants / Industrial building / petrochemicals,
4. Well versed with work procedures & safety requirements.
5. Handling Sub contractor including monitoring productivity, progress and billing
6. Handling Client including stage wise inspection, certification of protocols, bills and handing over.
7. Preparing 3 Month, monthly, weekly and daily program and achieving the same.
8. Reconciliation of material and quantities.
9. Maintaining cordial relationship with customer.
10. Execution of works as per FQAP and ensuring no NCR.
