Core Purpose of the Role: Execution of upstream manufacturing activities

Role Accountabilities:

• Should execute all the upstream related activities including assembly preparation, feed and media preparation, gas bank management, USP cleanroom upkeep, Bioreactor readiness and operation, sample management and material dispensing.
• Adherence to Standard Operating procedures, Operational control Procedures
• Perform all the upstream activities like Assembly preparation, Media Preparation, Vial thaw, Feed preparation and Filtration, Bioreactor Operations to Batch Harvest.
• Monitoring and process control of the specific Operations of the Upstream.
• Compliance to cGMP practices and approved procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in shifts including night shifts.
• Possess the knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.
• Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
• Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)

Experience & Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc (3-12 years)/M.Tech with (3-9 years) of relevant work experience

Skills and Capabilities:

• Expertise in upstream operations.
• Strong Hands on experience with bioreactor readiness.
• Exposure to handle of BMR preparation
• Sound knowledge and awareness of GMP practices ,Quality systems and regulatory aspects.
• Should have good communication
