Position: Executive /AM - Channel Operations
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Department: OPERATION
CTC:5.50LPA
Education Background: Graduate / Post Graduate
Work Experience
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the financial services preferably in the Mutual Fund Operations
Critical Skills Required
Good Knowledge of below:
- Transaction Processing Activities,
- Channel Transaction Processing
- Channel Partner Coordination
- ETF/NFO Transaction & Corporate Action Related Activities
- Listing Of Schemes In Exchange
- Mutual fund Regulations
- Ensuring accurate, smooth & timely processing of transactions.
- To ensure that the turnaround time for resolution of complaints / queries is as per defined timelines
- To build a strong relationship with Channel Partners and service providers like Transfer Agent, Exchange & Depositories.
- Ensuring Timely Closure Of Queries/Complaints/Escalations.
- Ensuring timely processing & handling of ETF Transactions.
- Activation Of New Fund offer in all platforms Daily,
- NFO & ETF Corporate Action within defined and regulatory timeline.
- Listing Of New Fund OffersEnsuring Timely Closure of daily posting control.Processing Of Vendor Billing On a Timely Basis
