  • Support sales teams with administrative aspects of Pre-sales and Post-Sales like preparation of quotations, offers and complete order processing cycle.
  • Posses complete knowledge of Incoterms and provide advice to Sales team based on requirement
  • Verify the LC drafts and ensure proper functioning of LC process to speed up the transaction
  • Work for total customer satisfaction during pre and post sales based on timely execution of sales administrative activities in accordance with TRUMPF business philosophy.
  • Act and behave in line with the guiding principles of TRUMPF Group.
  • Sales lead follow up to ensure quick attendance of every new lead
  • Follow the defined \xe2\x80\x9cSales Process\xe2\x80\x9d in letter and spirit without any exception.
  • Preparing standard formats of documents like quotations, offers, order confirmation and Proforma invoice etc. for all machines offered in India.
  • Support sales teams with the preparation of quotations and offers, in INR.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining and archiving documentation to server in designated folder.
  • Fully responsible for process paperwork (Order Confirmation and Proforma invoice etc.)
  • Handle machine order processing and necessary coordination with HQ, Local finance institutions etc., which includes the preparation of order packages etc.
  • Maintain complete tracking mechanisms of order processing in Ongoing projects list on local server.
  • Preparing and sending Internal action form to customer care department along with final tooling / spares list ordered by customer.
  • Responsible for coordinating with customer, HQ and finance company for facilitating opening of LCs or other approved secure payment method.
