We are hiring for Assistant Manager-Architect Roles and Responsibilities 1. Checking correctness of drawings as per Local Municipal norms, Design coordination with external consultants must. Liaise Exp. will be an added advantage. 2. Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials. 3. Ensure timely MIS Reports 4. Should have good exposure to design of commercial buildings. 5. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google sketch-up and Revit (optional) 6. Shall be responsible to coordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, Finance for timely deliverables 7.Wherever required shall coordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained Desired Candidate Profile 1.Should be a team worker & have Good communication skills 2.MS office, Autocad & 3D sketch up knowledge. 3.Well versed with Building Rules & Regulations. 4.Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawings Educational Qualification : Bachelor in Architecture Experience : 5 to 10 Years Perks and Benefits 1. 5 Days working 2.
