The Event Intern will support the Event Head and restaurant management team in planning and executing in-house and external events. This includes assisting with private bookings, brand activations, themed nights, and special promotions. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for hospitality and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Event Head in planning and coordinating restaurant events, theme nights, and private gatherings.
Attend internal and vendor meetings; take minutes, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and event documentation.
Research and liaise with vendors (e.g., decor, entertainment, photographers) and compare quotes.
Help with on-site event setup -- decor, table arrangements, sound checks, lighting coordination, etc.
Assist with guest coordination, RSVP lists, and VIP handling during events.
Coordinate with internal teams -- kitchen, service staff, marketing, and design -- for smooth execution.
Maintain and update event checklists, run sheets, and status trackers.
Support in capturing event highlights (photos/videos) for marketing and social media.
Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
A flair for creativity, presentation, and guest engagement.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.
