We are excited to host a grand Diwali party, the Festival of Lights, and we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help us create a memorable and inclusive event. Position Overview: As a Diwali Party and Community Building Volunteer, you will play a vital role in bringing our Diwali celebration to life. This volunteer opportunity offers you the chance to contribute to a meaningful cultural event, while also helping to strengthen community bonds and connections. Key Responsibilities: Assist in event planning and logistics, including setting up and decorating the venue. Greet and welcome guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Facilitate cultural activities and games that encourage interaction and bonding among attendees. Help coordinate food and refreshment services. Assist with event photography, social media, and documentation. Collaborate with the event team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Qualifications: Enthusiasm and passion for celebrating cultural diversity and community building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and with people from diverse backgrounds.
