Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Promoter to join our team in promoting our dairy industry events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the dairy industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in event promotion. As an Event Promoter, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and marketing our dairy-related events to ensure maximum attendance and engagement. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote dairy industry events, including trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences. Create and implement promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, print, and digital advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and online advertisements. Identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors to enhance event participation and support. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends, adjusting promotion strategies accordingly. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in promotional activities. Coordinate logistics and event planning, working closely with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Utilize CRM systems and databases to maintain accurate attendee lists and track campaign effectiveness. Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, and addressing attendee inquiries. Evaluate the success of promotional efforts by analyzing metrics such as attendance rates, engagement levels, and ROI. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (X years) in event promotion, preferably within the dairy industry or related agricultural sectors. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Flexibility to travel and work weekends or extended hours during events as needed.
