Looking for someone with good skills to supervise and take care of milk procurement and delivery to the customer\'s steps; A delivery supervisor coordinates and oversees the daily performance of delivery teams, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently according to company standards and policies. - Responsible for Primary Distribution of all milk product ranges - Interaction with Planning team, brand teams & sales team on stock availability, placements - Responsible for Norm calculation & maintenance of stocks - Work with Sales teams on ad-hoc requirement & intra-region movement - Interaction with regional teams on execution and customer service - Analyze platforms stock out, days of cover & store level data - Share fill rate data regularly with all the stakeholders Desired Candidate Profile - Engineering/ MBA graduate with 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Dairy primary logistics - Exposure to logistics & sales in FMCG/Dairy. - Functional knowledge of APO, SAP ECC and BW across relevant modules will be preferred - Good negotiation skills, business orientation & ability to influence stakeholders - Extensive knowledge of excel and ability to prepare MIS & cost sheets - Good verbal and written communication skills - Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, data consolidation and segmentation. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: 913,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
