Job Description

Position: Event Operations ManagerWonderLab is a venture for children to experience science in a fun and involved manner. Our objective is to help children build a scientific approach that allows them to ask the right set of questions based on logic. We want to inculcate in them, a sense of wonder about how the world works. We dazzle them with mind-blowing experiments such as frozen flowers and giant bubbles leaving them amazed and wanting to learn more. We do this through various platforms by engaging with the parents, teachers, schools, and the kids themselves. Through our workshops and events, we give children and adults a chance to witness just how much fun science can be.Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Participating with and managing the operations team to come up with the best way to store and pack things for events and kits.
2. Managing materials and creating a robust storing and packing system. The candidate, while overseeing the work, also has to be a part of it including packing and storage of materials.
3. Visiting our science themed events and helping with the set up and backend.
4. Working in any operations relating projects and tasks to increase or maintain efficiency.
5. Travelling within Delhi NCR and outstation cities for events as and when needed.Only those candidates can apply who:
1. Are available for the full time job starting immediately, or as early as possible.
2. Are available for long-term, ideally two years or more.
3. Have demonstrable experience and expertise in material management, and operations.
4. Can lead teams and have an organized approach towards responsibilities and tasks.
5. Can work independently and responsibly towards their tasks and objectives.
6. Are able to work as a team member, and have a responsible and punctual approach.7. Are able to travel for the events when required.
8. The selected candidate will represent the company at various events and is expected to be socially comfortable, well-natured, safety oriented, and holding on to the best social etiquette.Benefits:
