Objective and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Oversee, plan and execute all aspects of events including venue, logistics, vendors, fabrication, technical and production. \xc2\xb7 Assist in logistic coordination for events including venue set up, recce conduction with reports, setup and dismantle, fabrication and technical vendor coordination \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with vendors to source materials for collateral samples and timely delivery of services \xc2\xb7 Liaise and collaborate with external vendors, contractors to align and secure services, equipment and resources for events. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts, cost estimates while maintaining vendor relations. Ensure budget and expense tracks are in place and within stipulated cost dedicated for the event. \xc2\xb7 On site event support during execution and resolving any issues or challenges during the event efficiently \xc2\xb7 Assist in making checklists for event production, operations and execution \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions and strategies in the events Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 Flexible work schedule which may include weekends and late evenings. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure and being solution oriented. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of using MS office Suite especially Excel \xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
