Key Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Accountability for planning and executing variety of events organized around Brand marketing like tradeshows, talks, seminars, workshops, etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, liasoning with vendors, planning budgets, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collaterals. \xe2\x97\x8f Effective on-site management and control during set up, delivery and breakdown for all Events. \xe2\x97\x8f Look after all aspects of live event delivery including venue, AV, speakers/trainer\xe2\x80\x99s liaison, exhibitor management, communications, catering, signage, technical delivery support etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Take care of sponsorship, exhibitor, delegate and stakeholder management and liaison. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage customer experience including measuring effectively both customer satisfaction levels and impact of the programme/event. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs ensuring competitiveness.
