Job Overview



The Event In-Charge is responsible for

planning, organizing, and executing catering events

from start to finish. This role ensures

seamless food service, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination

between kitchen, service, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities



1. Event Planning & Coordination



Understand client requirements, menu preferences, and event themes. Coordinate with chefs, decorators, and service staff for event setup. Prepare detailed event plans, timelines, and task lists. Ensure availability of necessary equipment, cutlery, and serving materials.

2. On-Site Event Management



Professional management and high-standard maintenance of a luxury restaurant to preserve service excellence and ambiance Supervise event setup, food counters, and service arrangements. Manage staff deployment, dress code, and behavior. Maintain hygiene, presentation, and service standards. Handle guest requests and resolve on-site issues promptly.

3. Vendor & Team Coordination



Coordinate with vendors for rentals, floral arrangements, and beverages. Lead and motivate housekeeping staff and helpers for efficient teamwork.

4. Client Communication



Liaise with clients for approvals and feedback before and after the event. Ensure all special instructions are executed as per the client's expectations. Prepare post-event reports and maintain customer satisfaction records.

5. Financial & Administrative



Assist in budgeting and cost estimation of events. Monitor consumption and wastage of food and beverages. Submit event expense summaries and staff attendance reports.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Event Management preferred. Two wheeler must 3-5 years' experience in catering or hospitality event operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of timing, coordination, and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
