About Co-founders:

Raghvendra Kushwah - Raghvendra is a veteran in Business consulting with 19+ years of experience in firms like Accenture Strategy and Cognizant Business Consulting. In his last role at Accenture, he led an independent business for Accenture in India and managed a large team for analytics consultants. He is B.Tech. (IIT Delhi), MBA (IIM Lucknow) and LLB (Faculty of Law, Delhi University).

Anuj Gupta - Anuj has led large, diverse Products & Engineering teams with leading tech companies like Adobe and Amazon for 20+ years. In his last role at Amazon, he led a team of 50+ Engineers & 10+ Product Managers for Amazon APAC geos. He is B.Tech. (IIT Delhi) and MBA (ISB Hyderabad).

Job description:

- We are looking for a high-energy individual for the Sr. Principal/Director (Ecommerce) role at Eucloid. The Candidate will be a part of the leadership team and will independently lead/manage Customer accounts and projects. The candidate will advise clients on multiple business problems and help them achieve desirable business outcomes through data analytics.

- The candidate is expected to be a highly motivated individual with an ability to provide strategic & operational leadership for a high-performing, diverse team of Data Analysts & Product managers.

The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:

- Advise, Engage & Manage Senior Client leadership in Ecommerce divisions including SVPs, VPs and Directors to drive top-line growth via analytics

- Identify customer problems, define Analytics charter and initiatives for the team to address these problems

- Lead and Drive Client presentations around specific initiatives & project charters. The candidate is expected to handle ambiguity and drive effective business decisions with the clients

- Collaborate with on-shore & customer teams to drive the analytics strategy, roadmap & initiatives to help clients meet their business objectives

- Lead a team to execute the initiatives, carry out project management and maintain a high bar on quality and timeliness of deliverables, including planning work allocation for the team

- Develop, update and implement standard operating procedures for deliverables including Reports, Analysis, Presentations and Technical Deliverables

- Recruit, train and mentor new team members

Ideal candidate will have following background and skills:

Background:

- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. MBA from Top-Tier institution is a plus

- 6-9 years of experience in consulting or analytics role with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes for customers

- 3+ years of experience in driving KPI improvements in Ecommerce through analytics. Hands-on experience with at least one Product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics)

- 3+ years of experience in leading a >5-member team. Handling larger teams is a plus.

- Prior experience Modern Data Stack, Customer Analytics, Marketing Automation etc. is a plus

- Prior experience in Big-data solutions, at any level of the stack - Data Engineering, ML, Visualization or Cloud platforms is a plus

Skills:

- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing senior stakeholders

- Ability to formulate project strategy & roadmap through Metrics and Data-driven approach

- Good understanding of Data Analysis tools

- Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proven track record in leadership and talent development for various experience levels including new hires & fresh graduates

The role offers a very attractive compensation (Base+Bonus) and is based out of Gurugram, India.
