Job Description

The role of EU Sales Leader involves driving sales strategies and business growth within the compliance SAAS space, focusing on the European market. This position requires expertise in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets while working from Bangalore.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the European market for software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure the timely closure of deals.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Set up a greenfield EU charter and build out the teamMust have had experience in selling to EU (preferably France and Germany) region
A successful EU Sales Leader should have:
  • A background in sales within the SAAS industry, particularly in the European market.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales processes.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in preparing and analysing sales reports.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
