Plan and deliver on Budgets : - Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clients- Maintaining close relationship with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, TATA Cliq, Nykaa etc- Building on the existing business by adding new categories and product portfolio listings on the marketplaces including reconciliation of products with marketplace partners- Management of product category portfolio on company website including product dispatches within company norms, sales returns and payment reconciliation- Coordination with Merchandising for brands, discounts including inputs on buying plan and ensure compliance on stock turn.- Coordination with Operations team for sales and stocks budgetingCompliance and Audits : - Payments and collection reconciliation on an ongoing basis- Compliance to Audits from time to time.- Closure of all pending issues as raised in audit and ensure zero non-compliance Resource Management : - Maintain a robust Data Management (to analyze existing as well as real time data for analysis).- Take administrative control of the team and act as a guide, trainer and coach.
