Pulse Research Group of Companies (Forward Life Pvt. Ltd.) is a fast-growing Clinical Research Organization providing end-to-end clinical research services to Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare companies.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to Ethics Committee (EC) operations, regulatory documentation, and clinical trial compliance processes. It is designed to help Pharm D students understand ethical review procedures, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards followed in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities



Ethics Committee (EC) Support



Assist in preparation, review, and compilation of EC submission documents
Support EC meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes of meetings (MoM)
Track EC approvals, amendments, continuing reviews, and protocol deviations
Maintain EC files, study documents, and approval trackers

Regulatory & Documentation Support



Assist in maintaining EC essential documents as per ICH-GCP guidelines
Support document version control, filing, and archival activities
Coordinate with clinical, regulatory, and operations teams for EC-related requirements
Assist in responding to EC queries and follow-up communications

Operational & Administrative Support


Schedule EC meetings and coordinate with investigators and internal teams
Support internal audits and inspections (documentation readiness)
Assist in maintaining SOPs, logs, and compliance records
Handle basic administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Skills Required


Basic understanding of clinical research and ethics principles
Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines (preferred)
Good documentation and record-keeping skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good communication and coordination abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment

Eligibility Criteria


Pursuing or completed Pharm D
Freshers or students seeking hands-on exposure in Ethics Committee / Regulatory Affairs
Availability for 3-6 months full-time internship
Interest in clinical research and regulatory compliance

Important Notes (Mandatory Conditions):

A 2-year employment agreement is mandatory upon confirmation as a full-time employee
