The role of Compliance Lead-India involves overseeing and managing compliance operations within the automotive industry, ensuring alignment with all regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks within industrial and manufacturing environments.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with local and global regulations.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to industry-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
• Oversee and manage compliance audits, both internal and external.
• Deliver training programs to educate staff on compliance standards and policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
