Position: E-store Manager
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Director

Roles & Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Management:

• Responsible for handling complete E-store operations & management.
• Responsible for entire supply chain management including fulfilment of all D2C orders. Track and document all shipments, schedule forwards/ reverse shipments of seller pickups & buyer returns, making seller pay-outs and buyer refunds, etc.
• Responsible for handling product cataloguing and analysing the demand according to various trends in google analytics.
• Responsible for co-ordinating with logistics partners, payment getaway partner & various vendors.
• Responsible for effectively managing the prices on website and alter the prices according to various sales strategies.

2. CRM Management:

• Responsible for filtering & prioritising customer feedback to execute website improvements and digital product development resulting into increased customer database.
• Responsible for resolving customer queries & issues related to orders, products, refunds/ pay-outs.
• Responsible for analysing buying patterns and guide customer product feedback to the marketing team to improve the customer targeting.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management:

• Responsible to develop and maintain operational and quality control guidelines for staff.
• Responsible for maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Responsible for evaluating current operational strategies and recommend improvements.

4. Other Responsibilities:

• Should have good experience in ERP & PHP platform.
• Tie- up with influencers for various marketing promotions.
• Work with IT on making custom inventory management software and address all the glitches around it.
• Research and execute on launching various categories on the website to give customers a wide range of choice to purchase from categories like Furniture, Tiles, Paints, Lights, Nursery, A/V & Automation, etc.

• Experienced with all e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in working with luxury brands and products.
• Should possess good knowledge of strategy building & execution.
• Should be experienced in ERP and PHP software. Should have knowledge of front-end operations.
• Should be experienced in understanding customer requirements and addressing queries.
• Should be experienced in inventory & warehouse management.
• Should have experience in handling inventory of high turnover value.

Minimum Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Minimum Job Experience: 5-6 years
