||Sales Support Specialist||

Responsibilities:
Create Quotations through understanding of system architectural and technical specifications
Able to visualize the system overview and connect the technical aspects to provide comprehensive proposals
Select the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials and services that will deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives
Ability to fit products to the customer needs to deliver winning proposals
Create engineering documents system architectures, familiarity with AutoCad drawings
Preparing the Techno- Commercial Proposals
Ability to understand customer technical requirements, translate them into technical needs
Engage with key stake holders and customer technical clarifications
Deliver quotes on time
Familiarity with SAP & ERP (User level)
Order management process optimization and productivity
Good basic financial acumen
Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, and methodical executer

Skills:
System engineering, architectural grasp ability
Ability to review technical contents of the proposals with sales and customers
Experience on using Microsoft Tools (word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven technical, engineering and problem solving skills
English read / written / spoken required (Intermediate level)
Ability to work with multi-cultural and global business environment
Familiarity with database software tools (SQL Server) & Reports
Dynamic personality with attitude to delivery on commitments
Knowledge of Tank Gauging domain and products an advantage
Demonstrated ability to work independently and still retain a high level of self-motivation.
Demonstrated ability to manage key stake holders
Knowledge of Tank Gauging domain and products an advantage

Background required:

4+ years of experience in multi-cultural and global organization
Relevant certification supporting the required skills
Willingness and capable to groom himself/herself to expand the role/scope of work
Adaptive, flexible and willing to stretch to learn to deliver on adjacent but related tasks
Dynamic personality with attitude to delivery on commitments
Bachelor of engineering level (Mechanical/ Electrotechnical/Instrumentation)
