. 1) Preparation of detailed quantity estimation & budget (Preliminary/ Block/
Approximate and Detailed Budget)
2) Review of project budget for alternative solution to manage project budget
3) Responsible for monitoring and controlling cost of project
4) Preparing estimated quantities of all construction activities for tagging in
system
5) Reconciliation of each activity after completion
6) Responsible for accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined
scope of work
7) Having good command on Auto CAD, Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point
etc.) Criteria:

\xef\x82\xb7 Education: BE Civil
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience: 4-7 Yrs. in Construction / Real Estate Field Only.
\xef\x82\xb7 Salary: Depend on Candidates experience.
