Job Description

Experience (YRS) : 3-5 years of experience in working on estimations/BOQ.
Qualification: BE/ ME/ B.Arch (civil)/Interior designer
Domain Expertise: BOQ for (HPL panels/ Alogo panels/ Wall panels/ False ceiling / Plywood & MDF ) Negotiation/ Client communication / Vendor communication- Responsible for estimating the costs of large and medium tenders, evaluating the tender documents, supporting in the development of estimation models etc
- Candidate should be familiar with all aspects of interior fit-outs, joinery and furniture, upholstery, painting, etc.
- Candidate should be able to interpret specifications, price tenders, and prepare contract documents
- Be able to interpret and check drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates
- Understanding drawings and joinery technical issue
- Ideal candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelors in either Civil /Mechanical /Architectural
- Must have knowledge of Production (Joinery) and installation (Joinery & fit-out) procedures
- Refined knowledge of raw materials and its grades are essential
- Awareness on Statutory requirements and Environmental /sustainability standards necessary
- Submittal of cost estimation, preparation of cost breakdown and cost analysis
- Preparation of quotes for submission with full qualifications, conditions, execlusion etc.
- Compare shop drawings and tender drawings to identify variations for awarded projects, submit variation claims and coordinate with the design and project managers for the sameComputer Skills: MS office
