Preparing estimates of probable costs of Material, Labour, equipment
Obtaining multiple quotes for each of these and then selecting the most suitable offers
Planning material requirements, on boarding & negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices
Communicating with clients and resolving issues by supporting the site in charge
Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets
Timely budget monitoring and preparing deviation analysis
