EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
B.E / Diploma (Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering)
WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years in similar industry
JOB ROLE
Study the Feasibility of the Tender/Specification Document.- Analyzing of Technical Specification, SLD, Scheme, Load List and BOQ.
- Selection of Components and preparation of Bill of Material.
- Coordinating with the Suppliers and review their Offers in line with the Customer Requirement or not.
- Cost Estimation of HT panels, RMU, CSS, Metering cubicles, and LT Switchgears and Distribution Boards and Bus Ducts.
- Preparation and submission of Offers. (Technical and Commercial)
- Filling the Data Sheets as per the Customer Requirement by gathering the corresponding information from the Supplier.
- Proposal Engineering – HT panels, RMU, CSS, Metering cubicles, and LT like PCC’s, MCC’s, Switchgears, Metering, Synchronizing, DCMSP, LAVT, NGR Panels, VFD panels, Control Panels, PLC Panels, DG Panels, Capacitor Panels & Bus Bars.
- Technical Discussions with Customers.
- Co-ordination with Marketing and Engineering Teams.
- Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank Records.
- Review the PO Terms and updating the information in the Contract Review Form and release the Documents for further execution Orders to Order Handling Department.
