About the role

The Client Services team is accountable for the direction, organization and delivery of digital marketing activities for our clients. We are the owners of the day-to-day relationship ensuring Essence delivers flawlessly against client objectives on each and every campaign.

Some of the things we\'d like you to do:

\xe2\x97\x8f Own and maintain relationship with primary client point of contact and build relationships with senior and VP clients

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure client expectations are being set and met for every campaign and are clearly defined.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle and beyond, ensuring issues and challenges are actively identified and mitigated

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage commercials of account(s), including staffing / scope and financials

\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee project management support during the campaign lifecycle to ensure on time completion of deliverables, coordinate across practices, identify potential risks and issues

\xe2\x97\x8f Build strong ties with leads across disciplines to produce successful campaigns, maintaining high levels of communication throughout campaign lifecycle

\xe2\x97\x8f Interrogate work before client delivery to ensure it meets the brief and expectations

\xe2\x97\x8f Global coordination by facilitating knowledge and context sharing across Essence regions

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop strategic relationships with key agency partners and be a point of escalation

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in deployment of Client Service practice trainings while ensuring best practices

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze information skillfully provided by team members to problem solve creatively, troubleshoot, and develop alternative solutions

\xe2\x97\x8f Line manage through coaching 1-3 direct reports to support career growth and development

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development and progress

\xe2\x97\x8f Other duties may be assigned as needed

A bit about yourself:

\xe2\x97\x8f A minimum of 12 years of experience in managing advertisers of scale (who have an integrated media mix of offline and online)

\xe2\x97\x8f Expert organizational skills, great attention to detail and ability Q/A work

\xe2\x97\x8f Succinct in understanding client business, should be able to translate business objectives to Media and close the loop with measurable metrics.

\xe2\x97\x8f Concrete knowledge of all areas of digital marketing and media with a view on landscape evolution

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to implement and meet deadlines across multiple campaigns

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent client relationship and management skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Proven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions

\xe2\x97\x8f Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in managing teams, including training, individual growth and development plans

\xe2\x97\x8f An MBA is a plus but not a must
