The ESS Vendor Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining relationships with all operational vendors, identifying and validating new vendors; and seeking to identify turnaround time and cost savings opportunities across all vendor partnerships
What You Will Do
Vendor Relationships.
Primary point of contact for all platform vendors.
Ensuring multiple contacts are available for all counties in case coverage changes are required.
Assist sales and product teams with any new vendor development needs Cost.
Ensure and track cost savings by continually monitoring for new/improved vendors and access opportunities.
Review and approve vendor invoices, escalating as needed Quality.
Audit vendor results for accuracy and consistency with other available sources.
Provide feedback of service to vendors and notify them of potential changes.
Monitor time to completion for all vendor items, prioritizing late searches.
Partner with quality team on any dispute or recheck concerns where vendors are involved.
Qualifications:
Any graduate or equivalent degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Certification in FCRA is preferred.
