You are responsible for SW Project Planning, Requirement Management, Risk Analysis, Measurement & Trackingfor customer projects in Active safety new product line.

Your tasks:

• Complete responsibility of SW project from Acquisition till Series Production of the product.

• Planning and monitoring of deadlines, development expenses, resources

• Attaining the SW targets (Quality, Cost, Time)

• Quality Assessments and ASPICE audits

• Coordination with the customer and meet the agreed timelines

• Compliance to deadlines with required quality of deliverables\xc2\xb7

• Monthly update and presentation of the Cockpit Chart (CPC) in project Meetings and corrective/preventive action planning.

Skills needed

• Extensive system knowledge and experience (Vehicle, ECU, Sensors, Embedded Software)
• Knowledge / experience with Quality standards (ECE-R13, FMVSS, ISO26262, CMMI, ASPICE)
• Taking Initiatives and good team player
• Presentation skills and direct OE interaction
• Experience in Embedded System/SW Project Management
• Experience in handling at least 2-3 complete life cycle projects
• Experience in working with International Teams/Inter-Cultural Exposure
• Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals made by experts
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• PMP certified is an additional advantage
• Willingness to learn & flexible to excel

Qualifications

BE (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Mechanical), ME , M.Tech.
