Experience in Automotive domain

• Overall responsible for Deliverables from the Engineering Team.
• Provide Directions to team and ability to deep dive along with experts during problem solving.
• Establish Project Agreement and Project development Plan.
• Resource planning, competence development & deployment, Associate engagement.
• Implement agile methods along with state-of-the-art methods.
• Ensure process adherence by team, monitored via KPI.
• Employee development via performance Management and Monitoring.
• Plan and perform Quality gates
• Project status update to stakeholders.
• Monitor and Control Team related risks.
• Strong communication skills, cooperative/collaborative, team work, persuasive, influencing and effective negotiation.
• Strong leadership skills
• Result oriented, Process orientation, Structured approach towards problem solving, Active partner co-ordination and Technical interaction
• Agile practices ( added advantage )
• PMP certification (added advantage)

Qualifications

BE ( Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication), ME , M.Tech

Additional Information

Experience on Problem and Change request Management

Hands on Automotive SW development in C language

Strong commitment and desire to learn and grow

Strong knowledge in requirements engineering and be able to deep dive into topics

Good knowledge in Agile methodologies

Basics knowledge of Embedded System

Exposure in Model based SW development

12 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
