Job Description


\xc2\xb7 Support, coordinate and train staff on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system functionality and methods. \xc2\xb7 Oversee to successfully implement our new ERP systems in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. \xc2\xb7 Manage, plan, and organize the support and optimization of the ERP systems for our manufacturing and distribution facilities. \xc2\xb7 Formulate and recommend approval of procedures and applications to solve business system problems. \xc2\xb7 Oversees the architecture, analysis, development and implementation of ERP in our organization. \xc2\xb7 Work with end users to solve day to day business problems and assists in the analysis and design of application enhancements and process improvements. \xc2\xb7 Provide project management expertise as required to manage significant changes. \xc2\xb7 Prepare development specifications and work with a development team to implement approved changes. \xc2\xb7 Provides expertise and training in all areas of the business function and ERP functionality. \xc2\xb7 Support testing efforts and oversees change management in a regulated environment. \xc2\xb7 Monitor day to day activities and operations related to the implementation, such as system monitoring, backup and recovery and provide timely communications to the organization as needed. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the data integrity of ERP programs and that acceptable controls and auditing procedures are in effect. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that application systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices \xc2\xb7 Anticipate and identify issues inhibiting the attainment of project goals with respect to time, and develop and implement corrective actions on delays. \xc2\xb7 Foster and maintain good relationships with all stake holders to ensure processes are integrated to support expected service compliance, and usage levels. \xc2\xb7 Develop requirement for assigned areas of operations in all levels and departments of the organization, including capacity planning. \xc2\xb7 Perform strategic planning for design of information systems to meet business requirements. \xc2\xb7 Work with the ERP team to implement and execute plans which fully support the company goals and initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Assist with regulatory and compliance activities as per requirement. \xc2\xb7 Manage resolution of audit findings related to ERP application. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage ERP vendor on an as need basis \xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
