Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an ERP Implementations Specialist. This role involves implementing and integrating ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, sales, purchase, and inventory processes. This is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementations
• Strong knowledge of finance, manufacturing, sales, purchase, and inventory processes
• Proficiency in implementing and configuring ERP software
• Good understanding of data migration and integration methods
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus

• Implement and configure ERP software solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and develop customized features and functionalities to meet client needs
• Ensure successful integration of ERP software with existing systems
• Provide end-user training and support on ERP functionality and usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP software
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP implementations
• Assist in user acceptance testing and system documentation
