This role will lead the global deployment of Oracle R12 and Fusion across the Apparel Solutions Group business unit $1.4B organization. The scope will encompass managing project managers and deployment resources to execute on deployment plans across 23 manufacturing sites globally spanning China, Asia, Europe, and North/South America. We are looking for a senior resource with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with at least 5 years as a global Project or Program Manager. The person must be able to work in a fast-paced, global, matrixed, and dynamic environment with the goal of delivering high-value solutions to our Internal stakeholders globally. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate strong leadership skills Define roadmap, scope, and projects aligned to our strategic plan. Execute ERP implementations - manage multiple projects running concurrently. Manage costs, scope, schedule, communication, risks, and issues in the projects Work with implementation partner project managers and SMEs to track project tasks, deliverables, issues, and risks Proactively identify cross-track/project dependencies and issues and resolve them in a timely manner Work with the solution engineering team to ensure the integrity and completeness of solutions Work with Global and Local business process owners to manage scope, detailed requirements, Responsible for the overall quality of solutions and other project deliverables Manage hypercare and coordinate with the application support team to ensure project handovers are completed to the AMO team Manage a team of project managers, developers, and PMO staff Qualifications Requirement Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP implementation Must have experience in Oracle ERP - Both R12 and Fusion Cloud Nice to have skills in at least one of the Oracle ERP functional areas - Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience Implementation experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage Interpersonal Skills -Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization Leadership - the ability to inspire and influence others Demonstrate strong proficiency in all functional aspects of ERP implementation methodology - Global business process design, application solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment Willingness to travel at short notice Qualifications Oracle Applications Implementation certificate - Preferred but not mandatory PMP certification - Preferred but not mandatory CA/ICWA/CPA or MBA or B.Tech. / B.E.
