Job Description
Immediate Looking for ERP Technical Support Executive for the location of Mumbai.
Having experience in ERP domain is mandatory.
Duties:
Analyze business processes and provide solutions using Company\'s ERP Product Suites.
Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis
Perform Software/Application configuration
Configure ERP as per requirement gathered and co-ordinate with Senior Product experts for complex requirement configuration.
Implement Company\'s ERP Product Suite to the firm\'s standard methodology
Provide user training and support to Customers.
We are looking for a candidate who:
1. Is willing to learn new solution packages and can become certified in the Company\'s ERP Product Suite.
2. Has ability to take ownership, accountability, and initiative
3. Has excellent problem-solving skills
4. Is positive, a team player, quick learner.
