Description Responsibilities: - Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Oracle Cloud. - Provide primary support for Oracle Financial modules - Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements. - Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes - Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution/ fixes - Ability to debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users, Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goal(s), align business in moving to more standardize processes within Oracle Cloud to reduce the customizations - Maintain the relationship with finance business partners, understand the issues reported by them, analyze the issue, find the short term/ long term fixes and enroll business partners. - Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement - Suggest and improve business processes - Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels. - Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing of Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration - Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud Qualifications: - A bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline - 6 - 9 years of extensive functional experience with Oracle Cloud in Supply Chain modules (Inventory/Inventory Costing/Product Data - Management/Purchasing/Procurement/Supplier Portal/Supplier Qualification/Procurement Sourcing/Procurement Contracts/Order management and orchestration) is critical - +3 years of support experience on top of implementation experience is preferred - Should have hands on working experience of ETL, Oracle BI Publisher, workflows, OTBI, etc. - Professional, precise communication skills - Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support - Expert knowledge in Accounting and Business Process Flows - Ability to deliver under strict timelines - Good communication and customer facing skills - Have capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
