Job Description

We are looking for an ERP Professional to join the ERP Team at Kaleyra. He/She will directly support the ERP

Team Lead(System Administrator) to collect input and output from Kaleyra's teams and manage the

integration of our existing and future financial.

Role & Responsibilities

Support the System Administrator and other colleagues in the day-by-day needs like:

Manual and/or massive update, Data Cleansing, Trainings

Keep the ERP updated managing new joiners and exit formalities

Find the system issues root causes through data analysis and tests

Create/Edit custom reports according to colleagues needs

You will work closely with the Data & Analytics team on the design and development of our data architecture, to ensure that it will fit the ERP needs.

Requirements

This is an International position. An excellent knowledge of written and oral English is mandatory.

2+ years experience as ERP professional.

A keen eye for detail and an obsession with data quality: there is no try in Financial reporting.

Good understanding of modern software development, with the ability to go deep on

technology trends, architectural questions and managing development lifecycle.

Experience communicating with technical, finance, and product stakeholders and finding a

common language.

Knowledge of basic Accounting and Financial principles and best practices, like SOX

compliance, is a plus.

Previous experience with Oracle Netsuite or other large, modern ERP is a plus.
