Role

The ERP Coordinator will ensure the effective utilization of the ERP system in our organization by overseeing its management, data integrity, and user support. He/She plays a vital role in coordinating ERP projects, optimizing processes, and maintaining documentation. Their responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing issues, and providing training to ensure seamless and secure operations.

Responsibilities

1. ERP System Management: The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for the overall health and maintenance of the ERP system. They will work closely with the IT team or external consultants to ensure that the system is running smoothly, and addressing technical issues as they arise.

2. Data Management: Data integrity and accuracy are essential in any ERP system. The ERP Coordinator will oversee data governance, ensuring that data is consistent and reliable across all ERP modules. They will also generate reports and analyze data.

3. User Support and Training: The ERP Coordinator will provide training and support to users if needed, enabling them to use ERP functionalities effectively. They will address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that employees can navigate the system with ease.

4. Process Improvement: Continuous improvement is a key aspect of the ERP Coordinator's role. They assess existing ERP processes, gather requirements from our current processes, and propose changes to optimize workflows and increase efficiency within the system.

5. Documentation: The ERP Coordinator maintains comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, system changes, user guides, and any modifications made to the system. This documentation is valuable for reference and future improvements.

6. Compliance and Security: Data security and compliance are critical considerations when using ERP. The ERP Coordinator will ensure that the credentials will only be available to authorized users, implement access controls, protect sensitive information, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: ERP Coordinator collaborates with various departments and teams to understand their requirements, address their concerns, and align ERP functionalities with our business needs. This involves effective communication and teamwork.

8. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: When problems arise within the ERP system, the ERP Coordinator is responsible for diagnosing issues, finding solutions, and coordinating with relevant teams to implement fixes.

9. Training and Onboarding: When new employees join the organization, the ERP Coordinator works with the HR department to ensure they receive proper training on ERP usage as part of their onboarding process.

The candidate shall be able to commute or willing to re-locate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month
