Scope and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for fundamental analysis of companies across sectors and be able to independently release Initiating coverage reports
2. Preparing reports based on sector wise analysis and understanding sector dynamics & industry drivers, ensuring up to date sector and stock specific developments on an ongoing basis
3. Generate, develop, and present new investment ideas
4. Quarterly updates of stocks / companies and actively tracking companies under coverage.
5. Build and update company, industry and financial models and be able to forecast future prospects
6. Arranging and meeting the management of the company for understanding and releasing Initiating Coverage Reports
7. Attending conference calls, analyst meet and should be able to participate in Q&A session
8. Accompanying the sales team for visit and engaging with clients be it Institutions/ HNI/Business associates/direct clients.
9. Should possess leadership skills and be able to guide team members by giving them suggestions towards enriching research reports



Candidate Profile
1. Familiarity to various valuation methodologies and possessing analytical abilities
2. Report writing skills
3. Conversant with MS Office applications
4. Strong Interpersonal skills besides oral and written communication skills
5. Candidates possessing NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification Examination would be preferred
6. Having existing relationships with Institutional Clients would be preferred
7. Ability to present research ideas to all clients
8. Demonstrate leadership skills and guide team members in their day to day activities
