Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Source life insurance business through partner bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, relationship officers, and staff.
• Identify prospective customers from the bank s customer base and generate leads.
• Conduct joint customer meetings and provide suitable life insurance solutions based on customer needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (premium, policies, and revenue).
• Support bank staff with product training, sales pitches, and objection handling.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and service teams for smooth policy processing.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, company policies, and compliance norms.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sales service support.
• Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
