Job description:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for System Requirements Engineering and Management\xc2\xb7 Development of Function Architecture and Function Interface diagrams for various steering functions and function contribution\xc2\xb7 Customer Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Create and develop optimized System, software, Hardware\xc2\xb7 and Mechanical requirement\xc2\xb7 Evaluation of Platform and customer releases (e.g., completeness of artefacts, quality status)\xc2\xb7 Adoption of platform function and function contribution with customer projects and ensure alignment with customer requirements\xc2\xb7 Understanding system, hardware, mechanical, software process and maintaining traceability for the requirements\xc2\xb7 Content based review for System Requirements Management\xc2\xb7 Assures all customer requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis\xc2\xb7 Conduct / Participate in technical reviews with all stakeholders in the project including OEM, Project team, QMM and Other stakeholdersSkillset:\xc2\xb7 Experience in Automotive steering (EPS) development within System /Mech /Software\xc2\xb7 Experience in Requirements Engineering and System function definitions and development\xc2\xb7 Expertise in development of Function Architecture and Function Interface diagrams for various steering functions and function contribution\xc2\xb7 Experience in System Engineering Tools (IBM DOORS, Enterprise Architecture)\xc2\xb7 Project Management/Stakeholder Management experience\xc2\xb7 Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies\xc2\xb7 Good overview on Software/Hardware/Mechanical related product requirements\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on testing environments and various testing\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Functional Safety (ISO26262) requirement\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Interpersonal skills to initiate, involve and contribute technical discussions\xc2\xb7 German/Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage
