Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated HVAC Designer/ Revit Modeler to join our Infrastructure Group in Gurugram.
Employment Type: Both contractual and permanent roles are available
As the successful candidate, you will:
Be a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced HVAC BIM/Revit Modeler.
Create 3D models and coordinate for transit/building projects.
Perform assigned 3D Revit modeling tasks and develop 3D Revit Model of the project.
Create layout drawings for HVAC systems.
Use Navisworks to find issues, record issues, and verify clash resolution.
Visually verify scope clashes between assigned trade and those of others.
Create project-specific families as needed and follow the project BIM Standards.
Liaise with the internal BIM team to develop and manage modeling and deliverable standards.
Ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate mechanical activities between disciplines.
Ability to function with minimal supervision.

You bring to the role:
Engineering diploma in Mechanical
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC drawings and Revit modeling for transit projects.
Experience within a large project, multidisciplinary DB or DBFOM environment
Excellent understanding of BIM Template and processes.
Ability to design in a BIM environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good safety awareness
Strong written and spoken English communication
Education: Any Graduate
