Minimum Qualification
B.TECH/B.E

• Qualification:Govt. recognized PG Degree / PG Diploma / Degree in Environmental Engineering / Science
• Experience: Min of 8 yrs
• Review the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Documents – Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Plan, Environment and Social Management Plan (ESMP) & Environment & Social Monitoring Plan (ESMoP) and ensure its implementation through monitoring and supervision of contractor’s activities.
• To guide and assist the contractor in respect to implementation of SHE standards and pointing out the gaps for improvement Monitoring and ensure that contractor complying on SHE statutory regulations
• Conducting periodic SHE Inspection at work site
• To Prepare inspection reports and issue it to contractor for compliance.
• Prepare an environment monitoring schedule to collect the environment samples air, water, noise and soil parameters (Samples were collected by Environmental Monitoring Consultancy) as per the guideline of World Bank.
• Prepare an environment compliance report for existing facilities which will be rehabilitated under the project.
• Instruction the workers regarding safety related issues and provide the safety equipments (Personal Protective Equipments) to the workers.
• Traffic Safety Management.
• Environment Management Plan.
• Short-coming reply of minutes to consultants.
• To guide and assist the contractor in respect to implementation of SHE standards and pointing out the gaps for improvement
• Monitoring and ensure that contractor complying on SHE statutory regulations
• To conduct incident investigation for the incident happened at site
• To conduct periodic SHE Inspection at work site
• To prepare the inspection reports and issue it to contractor for compliance
